Milcom Security Notice

All attendees and exhibitors will be required to show one (1) form of photo identification in order to pick up their credentials (name badge) and/or badge holder.  This form of identification needs to be either a government issued ID, driver’s license and/or passport.

Credentials (name badges) are required for admittance to all sessions and events.  Authorized personnel will be stationed at all room entrances to verify that anyone seeking admission is properly credentialed/badged.  We appreciate your cooperation in wearing these credentials where they can be easily seen by personnel monitoring room admittance.  Credentials are nontransferable.  Lost credentials should be reported immediately to the MILCOM 2001 Registration Center.

At the conclusion of the conference, please return your credentials to the MILCOM 2001 Registration desk outside the Exhibit Hall at the Sheraton Tysons Premier.

The MILCOM 2001 Committee reserves the right to revoke the credentials of anyone whose behavior is deemed to be disruptive to the meeting or to other meeting attendees.  Personal belongings such as briefcases, coats, etc. should not be left unattended in business sessions or events.  These items will be subject to removal by security.  Please note that throughout the conference, all bags (including briefcases, purses and totebags) will be subject to search.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EXHIBITORS:

Exhibitors will be allowed on the Exhibit Hall floor with an Exhibitor name badge at the following times:

Saturday, October 27th:  Noon – 10pm
Sunday, October 28th:  7am – 9pm
Monday, October 29th:  7:30am – 7pm
Tuesday, October 30th:  7:30am – 10pm
Wednesday, October 31st  7:30am – 2pm

Please inform us of anyone who may be working in your booth who will not have your company ID.  Anyone who cannot provide a company ID for the exhibiting company will not be issued an Exhibitor badge until their identity is verified at the Exhibitor Registration desk by someone from your company who can provide verification.
