Relevant Topics not Addressed Above

Please submit a one-page UNCLASSIFIED abstract for ALL papers via the MILCOM Paper Submission Application (MPSA) available by clicking here. Unclassified papers with cleared presenters may be presented in classified sessions. Each abstract submission requires author names, affiliations, citizenship, addresses, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses, the applicable topic or subtopic, as well as whether the paper must be presented in either the unclassified or classified program or may be presented in either program. For papers with more than one author, indicate which author will serve as the point of contact.
