DRAFT PAPERS FOR THE UNCLASSIFIED TECHNICAL PROGRAM
While there is no specific format for draft papers, it is recommended
that draft papers be formatted in accordance with the instructions for
final papers in the All Authors Kit. Include your Abstract # on your
draft paper. Upload your unclassified draft paper in PDF format by May
30 using the Web Abstract Management System (WAMS). Unclassified papers
in Microsoft Word format may be e-mailed to the WAMS webmaster at wams@spargointeractive.com. The webmaster will
convert the file to PDF format and return it to you for submission.
(Unclassified papers must be suitable for unlimited distribution in the public domain.)
DRAFT PAPERS FOR THE CLASSIFIED TECHNICAL PROGRAM
Do NOT use WAMS to upload draft papers for the Classified Technical Program. Draft papers for the Classified Technical Program must be submitted in hard copy only. Please format and properly mark draft papers in accordance with the instructions for final papers in the Supplemental Authors Kit. Please include your Abstract # on your draft paper.
Send three (3) copies of your draft paper via U.S. Registered Mail or U.S. Express Mail to:

Authors who have been notified that their paper is accepted should follow the format for final papers specified in the All Author's Kit, which is available below.

Examples are available in the Author's Kit to assist you in meeting these formatting requirements. The Author's Kit for the Unclassified Programs contains several forms that are required at the time of Final Paper submittal. These forms must be mailed when the final paper is submitted. Papers for which any required form is missing will be excluded from the final program, and presentation will not be allowed.

Information for LaTeX Users
Users of most versions of LaTeX processors find that they are able to
use the IEEE style files to meet the format requirements of Milcom draft
and final papers. The IEEE Transactions style file and bibliography
style file and information about their use can be obtained from the Web site

Please note that it is your responsibility as the author to ensure that
the resulting PDF file you submit meets all specified format
requirements for MILCOM papers, including double-column format, margins,
and other format details.
