MILCOM 2005 is soliciting both unclassified and classified papers
(up to DoD Secret and releasable to foreign nationals, and DoD Secret
and not releasable to foreign nationals) relevant to
communication and information system capabilities that address
the 21st century challenges of National Defense and Homeland
Security. Industry, academic and government organizations from
the US and other DoD-approved countries are encouraged to participate.
Unclassified Submission Process:
Please submit a title and a brief abstract of your intended paper using
the link provided on the MILCOM05 website at: https://www.milcom05.org. The abstract
must contain no ITAR-related, classified, or proprietary information.
Each submission requires author names, affiliations, citizenship,
addresses, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses, and the
applicable topic or subtopic. For papers with more than one author,
indicate which author will serve as the point of contact.
Unclassified draft papers and selected unclassified final papers will
also be submitted using the link on the MILCOM05 web site: https://www.milcom05.org. It will be the
author's responsibility to obtain and provide the relevant approvals for
public release of paper manuscripts. Draft papers will not be reviewed
and final papers will not be presented or published without public
release approvals. Unclassified papers with cleared presenters may be
selected for presentation in classified sessions.
Classified Submission Process:
Abstracts, draft papers and final papers containing classified and/or export-controlled/ITAR-related information must be submitted using the Classified Submission Process below.
Please submit titles, abstracts, draft papers and final papers digitally (CD, 3 1/2" floppy disk, or Zip disk) to the following address:
