| The Novel Satellite Communications (NSC) Program envisions a future multi-user satellite communications system that allows ground-based users with JTRS handheld radios to communicate with the satellite, even when the users are close to multiple jammers and/or located in urban settings. This paper describes a Phase II investigation into the application and performance of techniques and introduces an overall processing system architecture to achieve this vision. | |||
