Robert K. (Bob) Henry is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Harris Corporation. In this role, Mr. Henry has oversight for the company’s government businesses, in addition to providing leadership to a broader group of corporate functions, including research and development, technology transfer, acquisition integration, facilities, supply chain management, manufacturing, information systems, government affairs, contracts and security. He is a member of the MILCOM board of directors, the Air Force Association, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Navy League of the United States, the National Defense Industrial Association, the Security Affairs Support Association, the Association of the U.S. Army, the U.S. Space Foundation, the Aerospace Industries Association, the National Association of Manufacturers, and the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. He is former chairman of the board for the Astronauts Memorial Foundation. As executive chair, Mr. Henry has responsibility for the overall vision and leadership of MILCOM 2007, and serves as liaison to the MILCOM board of directors.

MILCOM 2007 Chairperson of the Executive Committee

Robert E. (Bob) Wynn is vice president of the Army customer segment for Harris GCSD. He serves on the board of directors of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, and the Government Electronics and Information Association. He is also a member of the National Defense Industrial Association and the Association of the U.S. Army. Mr. Wynn serves as vice chair for MILCOM 2007 and as chairperson of the Executive Committee. In this capacity, Mr. Wynn has overall responsibility for overseeing Harris Corporation’s role as the official host company of MILCOM 2007. He also serves as liaison to executive management of Harris, other supporting companies, and co-sponsoring organizations.

P. Timothy Hartsfield

P. Timothy Hartsfield

P. Timothy (Tim) Hartsfield is director of communications for Harris GCSD. In this position, Mr. Hartsfield is responsible for the division’s employee and marketing communications functions, proposal center operations, trade show marketing, graphic services, multimedia production, customer relations programs, and trade association liaison. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. He is also a member of the Aerospace Industries Association, the Air Force Association, the Navy League of the United States, the Association of the U.S. Army, the National Defense Industrial Association, and the Public Relations Society of America. As executive director for MILCOM 2007, Mr. Hartsfield has general responsibility for coordination and oversight of MILCOM 2007 functions and committees, and for liaison with supporting organizations and vendors.

Dr. Vitas Mikenas

Chairperson, Technical Programs

Dr. Vitas A. Mikenas is director of advanced programs for Harris GCSD with responsibility for providing guidance and oversight to large, critical, division communications and processing system pursuits. Dr. Mikenas has published numerous technical communications articles and presentations and is a member of IEEE. As a member of the Harris Executive Committee and as technical program chairperson for MILCOM 2007, Dr. Mikenas has overall responsibility for developing and facilitating the conference technical programs.

Frederick Eisele

Frederick W. Eisele
Chairperson, VIP Speaker Program

Frederick W. (Fred) Eisele is the senior manager for C3I in Raytheon’s Intelligence and Information Systems (IIS) Company and has authored and published numerous technical articles. Mr. Eisele serves as VP–Programs and Strategic Initiatives for the Central Florida NDIA chapter; director of the Combined Professional Group; VP–Programs, AFCEA Central Florida; past president of AUSA and AFCEA chapters at Ft. Monmouth; and is currently serving as an associate director for AFCEA International. Mr. Eisele has organized and served as the general chair and technical chair for numerous symposiums, including MILCOM 1994, 1999, and 2005, TechNet Orlando, and the Joint Symposium, as well as participating in Defense Forums. As chairperson of VIP Programs, he is responsible for chairing the VIP speaker selection committee and developing the VIP speaker program consisting of the keynotes, luncheons, gala banquet speakers, and the five Defense Forums.

P. Timothy Hartsfield

James R. Lauducci
Protocol Chief

James R. (Jim) Lauducci is the director of the Air Force Field Marketing Office for Harris Government Communications Systems Division in Alexandria, VA. In this position Mr. Lauducci manages a team of business development professionals that covers field marketing activities for Air Force customers. Team focus is on combat air forces, mobility air forces, space/cyberspace forces, and acquisition centers. He is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and serves on AFCEA's Strategic Planning Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Air Force Association (AFA) and chairs AFA's Membership Committee. Mr. Lauducci also serves as Treasurer of the Air Force C4 Association. As the MILCOM 2007 protocol chief, Mr. Lauducci is responsible for the needs of all senior government and industry officials who are participating in MILCOM 2007 as speakers and/or panelists.

Jerry Notestine

Chairperson, Operations

Jerry C. Notestine is manager of operational effectiveness for Harris GCSD. In this capacity he serves as a division wide resource to identify and facilitate resolution of issues that impact the division, its business units, and employees. As chairperson of MILCOM 2007 operations and member of the MILCOM 2007 Executive Committee, Mr. Notestine will oversee all aspects of conference operations including, but not limited to, scheduling, facilities, catering, volunteers, registration, audiovisual, IT, transportation, and communications. Mr. Notestine’s goal is “to ensure an effective and efficient MILCOM 2007 where participants experience the most up-to-date communications technology and experts while at the same time enjoying the vacation-like atmosphere that central Florida has to offer.”

Dennis Harrison

Chairperson, Communications/Exhibits

Dennis C. Harrison, senior manager in Harris GCSD has management responsibility for trade show marketing, special events, graphic services, and multimedia production for Harris Corporation. Mr. Harrison is a member of AFCEA, AUSA, and TSEA (Trade Show Exhibitors Association). In his role as chairperson of communications/exhibits for MILCOM 2007, Mr. Harrison is leading the Harris team responsible for publications, creative art, signage, and production, as well as serving as the exhibits’ liaison and creative/production advisor.

Heidi Hollowell

Chairperson, Special Events

Heidi Hollowell is director of business development operations for Harris GCSD. As a member of the strategic management & business development staff, Ms. Hollowell provides leadership and oversight for the strategic marketing support team and for the development and management of processes, resources, and tools to support the business development organization. As special events chairperson, Ms. Hollowell is leading the team to procure keynote speakers and entertainment, and develop the patron events, spouse and guest program, promotional items, and the golf tournament.

Sleighton Meyer

Chairperson, Publicity

Sleighton Meyer, senior manager of marketing communications for Harris GCSD has the external communications responsibility for the division, including trade shows, advertising, and media relations. Mr. Meyer is a member of AFCEA and AUSA. In his role as chairperson of publicity for MILCOM 2007, Mr. Meyer is leading the Harris team responsible for the advance publicity and media outreach for MILCOM 2007, as well as providing the interface with the AFCEA publicity team.

Alfred W. Frankel
Chairperson, Security

Alfred W. Frankel is the senior security manager for Harris Corporation’s DoD business unit supporting Harris’ DoD programs/pursuits and interfacing with Harris’ prime, subcontractor, and customer security counterparts. As chairperson of MILCOM 2007 security, Mr. Frankel is responsible for all aspects of security for the MILCOM 2007 conference to include physical, document, personnel, and computer security, and VIP protection, and as such is leading the security team coordinating with the local, federal, and other government security organizations to ensure the complete security of the conference.

Kevin Keenan
Chairperson, Finance

Kevin Keenan is a senior financial planning analyst with the Strategic Management and Business Development organization for Harris GCSD. As chairperson of finance, Mr. Keenan maintains the MILCOM 2007 Business Operations Office and works closely with the Harris Executive Committee to develop the MILCOM 2007 budget and sets policy and procedures to maintain the accounting of all financial transactions.
