Golf Tournament

Come play golf where the champions play! The annual MILCOM
Golf Tournament tees off Sunday, October 28, 2007, at
ChampionsGate in Orlando, FL. This venue features a premier
18-hole championship golf course designed by accomplished
architect and PGA golfer Greg Norman. ChampionsGate is
regarded as one of the top courses nationwide. The MILCOM
tournament will feature plenty of golfing fun, food, and refreshing

Guest/Spouse Programs: SeaWorld Adventure

Spouses and guests of MILCOM attendees are invited to join us at Sea
World Adventure Park for a day of marine encounters. Peek into the
mysteries of the ocean at SeaWorld Adventure Park’s interactive animal
exhibits, thrilling rides, and one-of-a-kind theatre shows. You will be
guided on a behind-the-scenes tour that includes priority seating at
two select shows, front-of-the-line access to select rides, fish to feed
animals during public feedings and a penguin interaction. Lunch will
be served at a private facility and will include a sandwich, salad, a
beverage, and dessert.

MILCOM Exhibit Floor Kick-Off

The MILCOM Grand Opening Reception on Monday night,
October 29, will take place on the exhibit show floor at the
Gaylord Palms Convention Center. Come and enjoy appetizers
and drinks in a casual Florida-style atmosphere while strolling
through the technology displays. The Reception is the launching
spot leading to an exciting evening at the largest Hard Rock Live
venue in the world!

Hard Rock Live with The Beach Boys

No trip to Orlando is complete without a visit to a theme park, so get
ready for the ultimate rock ‘n roll beach party on Monday night,
October 29, 2007, at the largest Hard Rock Live venue on the planet!
It will be a truly memorable evening with plenty of food, fun, drinks,
and entertainment by the world-famous Beach Boys! Hard Rock Live, a
retro interpretation of the Roman Coliseum, is located adjacent to
Universal Studios. Buses will begin boarding immediately following
the MILCOM Exhibit Floor Grand Opening Reception. Come enjoy
all the festivities while wandering through thousands of pieces of
classic Rock ‘n’ Roll memorabilia. This event promises to be a
one-of-a-kind night for“networking and nostalgia.”

Guest/Spouse Program: Winter Park Cultural Tour

Your Winter Park Cultural Tour will take you back in time as you enjoy the
beauty of this old Florida community. It’s main street, Park Avenue, includes
art galleries, museums, a park, train station, historic cemetery, 100 year old
buildings, and brick streets lined with beautiful trees. You will tour the Charles
Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art and be treated to a scenic boat tour
through the lakes and canals of Winter Park. Lunch will be at Chez Vincent
followed by shopping along Park Avenue which has been labeled a
“shopper’s mecca.”

Distinguished military representatives, heartfelt videos, lively musical entertainment, and a host of very special guests to honor the men and women that serve our country are a few of the highlights of what promises to be an exhilarating and patriotic gala. In addition, MILCOM 2007 will proudly recognize this year's award recipients for outstanding achievement and technology advancement in the field of military communications.
