As the IT Chair, John Biondo is responsible for infrastructure and connectivity for the MILCOM 2008. John has over 20 years IT experience and 25 years in the defense industry working for Raytheon. He has successfully managed and deployed large IT solutions including collaboration environments, automated warehouse control systems and enterprise wide wireless services

As the security chair, Raymond Elloso is responsible for all aspects of security for MILCOM 2008. His goal is to implement comprehensive, protective measures that ensure the security of attendees, VIPs, property and intellectual and classified information against all possible threats.

As the special events chair, Richard Evert is responsible for special events, including the Patron Event at PETCO Park, the Midway Gala and entertainment aboard USS Midway, the golf tournament at Torrey Pines Golf Course, Tours for Spouses around San Diego, and the Symposium Gala at the Manchester Hyatt.

In this role Joanne is responsible for IT resource coordination and distribution. She will also lead the support teams during General and Technical sessions. Joanne is also the lead for registration, Small Business Workshops, and Job Fairs and will provide additional support as needed during special events.
