As technical program chair, Peter Bocon has overall responsibility for developing and facilitating the conference technical programs for MILCOM 2008.

As the classified program chair for MILCOM 2008, Dr. Roy Axford is responsible for coordinating the peer review of all papers submitted for MILCOM 2008 Classified Sessions. He is also responsible for developing and assigning papers to classified sessions.

As unclassified panels co-chair for MILCOM 2008, Professor David Cyganski is responsible for setting panel formats, soliciting proposals, defining criteria for proposal evaluation, and organizing activities related to the panels portion of the program. He and his co-chair are the primary contacts for communication for panel organizers and panelists.

He and his co-chair are the primary contacts for communication for panel organizers and panelists.

As the tutorials program chair, James Renfro organizes and oversees the specialized tutorials offered at MILCOM 2008.

As the unclassified program chair, Dr. William Squires oversees coordination of the Web-based Abstract Management System and unclassified author’s kit; handles selection and management of unclassified abstracts and papers; develops the tracks and sessions for the conference; and coordinates inputs and forms the selection committee for the Fred W. Ellersick Award for Best Unclassified Paper.
