Tutorials Proposal Kit

Tutorial proposals should be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or PDF format to the Tutorials Program Chair at Renfro_MILCOM2008@raytheon.com. The proposal must include the following:

• A brief description of the proposed tutorial focused on technical content and relationship to conference theme
• Instructor biography and relevant experience
• Instructor contact information (e-mail and telephone)

After the final submission date, each tutorial proposal will be evaluated by the technical committee using the following criteria: Technical Content, Applicability to Conference Theme, Proposal Quality, and Instructor Experience.

Abstracts Due: April 14, 2008 (Closed)
Draft Papers Due: June 16, 2008
Author Notification: July 31, 2008
Final Papers Due: August 31, 2008

Tutorials and Panels

Proposals Due: April 18, 2008 (Closed)
Notification: May 2, 2008
Material Due: July 25, 2008
