TUTORIAL AUTHOR'S KIT
Instructions
Proposals for MILCOM 2008 Tutorials are no longer being accepted. Each proposal should include the following:
- Brief description of the proposed Tutorial (including relevance to conference theme)
- Outline of topics to be covered
- Mentor Bio/Experience
Once the tutorial proposals have been evaluated and the mentors selected for the MILCOM 2008 tutorial program, the MILCOM 2008 Tutorial Chairman will notify the mentors by 2 May 2008 and will assign a Tutorial Tracking #. Each mentor will be required to supply an updated one page tutorial description (an extended abstract), a short biography, and a photograph (.jpg format) for publication on the MILCOM 2008 website.
Presentation charts should be prepared using the MILCOM 2008 Power Point Template. Please send a copy of your presentation to Jim Renfro by 19 September 2008 via email at renfro_milcom2008@raytheon.com or, if your file is too large to email, put it onto a CD and send to: Raytheon Company, Attn: Jim Renfro-M-S: 2-2-2556, 1001 Boston Post Road, Marlborough, MA 01752.
Instructions for Completing the Required Forms for the Unclassified Technical Program
Step One

Logging in will allow the MILCOM 2008 committee to keep track of your tutorial submissions and will give you a real-time report on your required form completion status.
Step Two
Complete the Required Forms
All Required forms must be completed for each tutorial session.

Step Three
Register with the MILCOM 2008 Conference
As a requirement, the author/presenter must be registered for the MILCOM 2008 conference in order to present your paper and have your paper published in the MILCOM 2008 Unclassified Proceedings. NOTE: Registering for the conference is required to finalize your presentation. Logging in to the technical program area is not a registration for the conference.
