Presentation Instructions
Presentation of your paper at the conference is a prerequisite for publication in the Proceedings. Prior to presenting at the conference, you must upload your briefing via Form C in the online Forms Application (link below). Form C also has a MILCOM 2009 template available for download. The deadline for uploading your presentation is 30 September.
For your presentation, allow 20 minutes for your talk, and 2-3 minutes for questions.
Notes:
To access Form C, you must log in using the same Forms account you used to submit Form B.
- If you have forgotten your password, click “forgot your password?” on the Forms login page
- If you have forgotten your user name, or are locked out of your account, email milcom09@ll.mit.edu (Accounts are locked after repeated failed login attempts).
- Your briefing must NOT contain any ITAR-related, classified, or proprietary information. It is the author's responsibility to obtain the relevant approvals for public release prior to uploading.

Conference Registration
At least one author must register for the conference in order to present the paper. At a minimum, one author must register for the Unclassified Technical Sessions for at least the day the paper is scheduled to be presented. An “Exhibit Hall Only” registration is not sufficient. Conference registration and housing information is available on-line.
Note:
If no author registers for the appropriate technical sessions, the paper will be removed from the program and the proceedings.
