For MILCOM 2010, the Classified Technical Program team has developed an online Sponsor Release Form, formally known as Form H for MILCOM 2009. Authors are required to submit a sponsor release form and obtain sponsor approval prior to draft paper submission.
The new online Sponsor Release Form provides the automated process for authors to request approval from designated government sponsors and forward the decision to the Classified Technical Program (CTP) Chair. Once the CTP Chair is notified of approval, the author can submit the draft paper through the proper channels. It is the author's/presenter's responsibility to submit a copy of the classified technical paper through appropriate approval transmittal channels to your U.S. Government Contracting Official as part of the review and approval process.
The author has the option to indicate multiple sponsors. All sponsors must approve. If any sponsor rejects, then the form is treated as rejected and the author is given the opportunity to modify the Sponsor Release Form as described in #6 above in the Process Steps.
