Technical Paper Submissions
Unclassified Technical Papers Are Due:
Draft Paper - June 16, 2008
Camera Ready Final Paper - August 31, 2008
Camera ready final papers should be submitted using the Web-based Abstract Management System (WAMS). Use the Paper ID# and password to upload papers and change author information.
The Unclassified Author's Kit provides instructions to authors for preparation of the draft and final camera ready papers.
Notes:
The draft and final paper must not contain any ITAR-related, classified, or proprietary information. It is the author's responsibility to obtain and provide the relevant approvals for public release of both the draft paper and final camera ready paper.
In the case where the information used in preparing the paper/presentation was derived under U.S. Government contract or grant, and the contract/grant requires approval prior to public release, the Government Point of Contact (POC) with authority to authorize public release of the information in the paper must approve the paper's release at MILCOM 2008. It is the author's responsibility to provide the draft paper to the Government POC as early as possible so that timely approval of the paper can be obtained.
The Forms login provides the Forms (Draft Paper Form B and Final Paper Form B) used to record the information on the Government POC for public release. Upon completion and submission of Form B, an email is sent from the MILCOM 2008 web site to the Government POC named on the form, requesting approval via email for public release of the paper. A copy of this email will also be provided to the Author.

Tutorial Program
Proposals for tutorials are no longer being accepted. The Unclassified Tutorials Kit provides the applicable forms and the formatting guidelines for the tutorial material.

In the case where the information used in preparing the tutorial presentation was derived under U.S. Government contract or grant, and the contract/grant requires approval prior to public release, the Government Point of Contact (POC) with authority to authorize public release of the information in the tutorial must approve the tutorial's release at MILCOM 2008. It is the author's responsibility to provide the tutorial to the Government POC as early as possible so that timely approval of the tutorial can be obtained.

MILCOM Panels Program
Proposals for panels are no longer being accepted. The Panels Proposal Kit is available for reference. Required forms for participation in the unclassified and classified panel programs are accessible by using the Forms login. The Forms login provides a real-time report on your required forms completion status.
