IMPORTANT MILCOM INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy — Full refund if MILCOM registration is cancelled by October 15, 2010.

Changes/Substitutions — All changes must be submitted in writing. Substitutions must have a written authorization from the original attendee. If substitute plans to attend the classified sessions, he/she must process a security clearance form. No substitutions will be accepted after the conference badge has been printed.

Children — No one under the age of 18 will be registered or admitted for participation in MILCOM 2010.

ID Required — You will be required to show a photo ID on-site to collect your badge. Credentials (name badges) are required for admittance to all sessions and events. Authorized personnel will be stationed at room entrances to verify that anyone seeking admission is properly credentialed/badged. We appreciate your cooperation in wearing your badge where it can be easily seen. Credentials are nontransferable. Report lost credentials to the MILCOM 2010 Registration Center immediately.

Right of Revocation — The MILCOM 2010 committee reserves the right to revoke the credentials of anyone whose behavior is deemed to be disruptive to the meeting or to meeting attendees. Personal belongings such as briefcases, coats, etc., should not be left unattended. These items will be subject to removal by security. Please note that throughout the conference, personal items including, but not limited to, briefcases, purses, boxes and bags will be subject to search. IEEE/AFCEA/MILCOM 2010 is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property.

Classified Program

    • All panels, tutorials and sessions within the classified program will be designated for attendance by United States citizens only.
    • Taking of notes is prohibited in all classified sessions.
    • Those registering for a classified technical program must complete a Security Clearance Verification (Form F). Form F can be downloaded: http://dc.jspargo.com.com/download/milcom10/formf.pdf
    • Classified attendees must check in at the classified bag check prior to entering the classified session area.
    • The Department of Defense has determined that this event meets the minimum regulatory standards required for attendance by DoD employees. This finding does not constitute a blanket approval or endorsement for attendance. Individual DoD component commands or organizations are responsible for approving attendance of its DoD employees based on mission requirements and DoD regulations.
