Tutorial Author's Kit

Once proposals have been evaluated and mentors have been selected for the MILCOM 2012 Tutorial Program, the MILCOM 2012 Tutorial Chairman will notify the mentors of their responsibilities. Each mentor will be required to supply an updated one-page tutorial description (an extended abstract), a short biography, and a photograph (.jpg format) for publication on the MILCOM 2012 website. Please visit the Classified Tutorials Instructions for submission of ITAR-restricted, proprietary, or classified material.

Submit the Tutorial Proposal Form no later than 30 April 2012 (firm deadline) to:

No later than 26 June 2012, you will receive a template via email for use in preparing your presentation slides. Slides must be prepared using PowerPoint or Word for Windows. Please send a copy of your presentation to Richard Folio at folio.milcom2012@harris.com no later than 29 July 2012 or, if your file is too large to email, load it onto a CD and mail to:

The following audio/visual equipment will be provided in the lecture rooms:

• computer equipped with Windows XP, Adobe Reader and Microsoft Office XP
• video projector
• screen
• microphone.

Please specify any other requirements when you submit your presentation.
